From my morning reading:
In Isaiah chapter 40:
"God doesn't come and go. God lasts.
He's Creator of all you can see or imagine.
He doesn't get tired out, doesn't pause to catch his breath.
And he knows everything, inside and out.
He energizes those who get tired,
gives fresh strength to dropouts.
For even youth people tire and drop out,
young folks in their prime stumble and fall.
But those who wait upon God get fresh strength.
They spread their wings and soar like eagles,
The run and don't get tired,
they walk and don't lag behind."
Isaiah 41:
"That's right. Because I, your God,
have a firm grip on you and I'm not letting go."
Isaiah 43:
"I've call your name. You're mine.
When you're in over your head, I'll be there with you,
When you're in rough waters, you will not go down
When you're between a rock and a hard place,
it won't be a dead end -
Because I am God, your personal God."

- I am who I am and loved anyway. I hope we all feel that way. "Much more realistic and important to change something in ourselves than in our lives."
