Post Eight - A Photo that Makes you Angry/Sad...

This is a combination picture for me. It brings a smile to my face but makes me sad and angry.

It brings a smile because it reminds me of the fun mom I had but it makes me sad because my children never knew that side of my mom because (here's the angry part) of the dementia that affected my mother for the last several years of her life. I hate that disease - it took my mom from us way before she left this world.

But... I am thankful for having such a wonderful fun mom... "can't wait to hug you again, mom"
